The rooms were spacious and the bed was really comfortable. the towels were clean and the room was in a generally hygienic state. the hotel provided a shuttle service that was really helpful for getting around. It was great that there was wifi available throughout the hotel, and the location was central to the area, which made it easy to get to places.

I found the hotel to be lacking in customer service. the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests and it was noticeable that they were not friendly or welcoming.

What an amazing experience! the location was spot on, just a short stroll from the beach and surrounded by great places to grab a bite to eat and a drink. The rooms were fantastic, so spacious and immaculately clean. There was also plenty of room to move around and put all of our things away. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the air conditioning worked like a dream, which is crucial in the hot and humid weather. Lastly, the free tea and coffee in the room was a lovely little touch that made us feel right at home.

Honestly, there wasn't anything that we disliked about our stay here. Every service request was handled promptly and all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is definitely worth considering. It is well-located near to a lovely beach and a variety of good quality restaurants and bars. the hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious with good facilities like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and many other amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful and always ready to serve at a very professional level. the breakfast was tasty with a broad selection of dishes.

We were delighted with our stay at Yen Vy 04 Luxury. The hotel's location was superb, just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach and conveniently close to great dining options. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable retreat after a long day. We were impressed by the amenities offered, including reliable wifi, efficient air conditioning, and the convenience of tea/coffee making facilities. Considering the value for money, Yen Vy 04 Luxury exceeded our expectations and was one of the best places we stayed during our budget trip. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Quy Nhon.
